The hotel staff and guests were very nice and the room was very clean and nice.
When we booked it didn't say we would have to valet our vehicle and the valet was $30 a night! I thought that was ridiculous. The pool was a joke. It was the size of a kiddie pool.

This hotel in downtown Austin exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices for such a central location. Additionally, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-maintained rooms to the thoughtful amenities provided. I especially appreciated the ice water with fruit in the lobby - a refreshing touch that added to the overall experience. All was perfectly fine with this hotel.

Pillows were very soft. Valet parking only at $35 or so per night was too high in my opinion.

The hotel is conveniently located near the event we attended, making it easy to access and return to. Additionally, it is in close proximity to popular destinations such as 6th Street for partying and the College for football. The valet parking location is convenient for guests who prefer to drive. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay, while the comfortable beds guarantee a good night's sleep. The breakfast options are satisfying, and the hotel offers a variety of facilities suitable for different needs.
Some guests experienced issues with hidden fees and lack of transparency regarding parking charges.

The hotel is located in a great area downtown, close to the Convention Centre and within walking distance to 6th Street, making it easy to explore the bars and restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view from the suites on the 16th floor. The staff is friendly and the hotel offers good value for the price. There is also a nice breakfast area on the top floor and ice water with fruit in the lobby.
The presence of homeless people in the area can be a bit unsettling.

location.
Service was just ok...they are not attentive to details or requests. Asked to have our call pulled from valet...and they didn't do it. We waited for over 15 min and then asked again. Pillows at the hotel were horrible - requested new or different pillows...and they didn't fulfill the request. Just sad.
