The hotel staff and guests were very nice and the room was very clean and nice.
When we booked it didn't say we would have to valet our vehicle and the valet was $30 a night! I thought that was ridiculous. The pool was a joke. It was the size of a kiddie pool.
Location is walking distance to local bars and quick access to highway.
Air conditioner in the room was not working; no self-parking or secure parking available.
I loved the beds the king was amazing and so soft. I also loved the staff for helping us with a price problem with our bill.
We made our reservations at the last minute during July 4th weekend and needed to be there because of family. Considering we paid OVER $300 for a simple double room, it was a total rip off BUT we had no choice. I am done with Hilton.
Pillows were very soft. Valet parking only at $35 or so per night was too high in my opinion.
The beds were wonderful and soft. The bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels. The valet service was terrific. They loaded and unloaded our bags.
I did not like the $32 valet fee that was not optional. I was not told I would be charged as a guest, the valet just asked me to get out and he would handle the rest. Also, the elevators were EXTREMELY SLOW!!
Awful, ants in the bed and lots of flies in the room. Door took several pulls to lock, my door was open both days I returne, presume the maid.
Location off 6th Street
Bed size. Reserved King bed, got Queen. Not as big and roomy
Location, room and staff
Pool was small and baths were small too.
The location, the 18th floor bar view at sunset.
The shower head in our room wasn't the best.
Service was just ok...they are not attentive to details or requests. Asked to have our call pulled from valet...and they didn't do it. We waited for over 15 min and then asked again. Pillows at the hotel were horrible - requested new or different pillows...and they didn't fulfill the request. Just sad.
Beautiful room. Friendly staff Great buffet location.
Wifi needs improving. Constantly lost wifi signal over two days. I have had better wifi connection in mom and pop motels
It was a nice hotel. It had good facilities, a good location and helpful staff. There was parking, a good restaurant and a bar.
The fact that parking and breakfast were not included in the price made the hotel less value for money than it would otherwise have been. Two days in Austin was a great deal more expensive than three days in a sister hotel in San Antonio. It wasn't 'that' good and certainly no better than its sister.
The location was amazing. Walking distance from everything good. Amazzzzinnggg view of the city. Late 12 o'clock check out makes for a great morning to walk around and find a good breakfast spot.
Valet was pricey, a paid parking lot for hotel customers would even be nicer than just 1 option. Beds were comfortable, but every move it creeked. Ac wasn't very cold
People were nice But THE Moment we checked in a hard drill was Going on an adjacent wall !! It was awful , I'm wondering if I got my discount for that night the front desk clerk said I was getting on my card??
